范开国，英国威廉希尔官网副教授，硕士生导师，于上海交通大学获得博士/博士后学位，现任国际权威杂志（SCI源）“Transactions of the Canadian Society for Mechanical Engineering”，“Journal of Electrical and Electronics Engineering Research”、“Part C: Journal of Mechanical Engineering Science”特约审稿专家，中国机械工程学会高级会员，全国高校制造技术及机床研究会（华东）副秘书长。
